Wah...today got 2.4 km run for the NAFA test.....so i'm feeling very shag now...but still blogging

i got third in position with a time of 11 minutes 12 seconds. i lost to Ivan as expected by 1.5 minutes or so and lost to Baoxian by 6 seconds, which i also expected. I had'nt been training for a VERY long time, and Baoxian trains everyother day, so i expected to lose.


Steady lah...with 11.16 i don't noe what my grade is but i'm not really concerned.
My stamina also dropped so much, the result of skipping too many PTs.....
that's the trouble of being CCA head, no time to do physical training.

I nearly vomited when cheonging past Si Hao in last 100m, the unfortunate result of eating curry beforehand.

Thats all for 2.4. Fastest for sec 4 is Yongcheng aka bold, DEhydrated hunk. (or should be)
